Challenge:
The end client was seeking to implement a full report and dashboard for the Finance, HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing Departments for each location with varying access levels.
Scope of Project:
Migrated clients to use Power BI and gave access to data and analytics to run their respective departments via real-time visibility to Store Operations, Labor, Traffic, and Revenue to over 450 users.
Developed customer segmentation models based on customer interaction and purchasing behavior online and in-store.
Managed deployment of predictive analytics to consume internal enterprise data and consequently build AI-based algorithms for configurable use-cases.
Developed store Floor Planning analytics such as positioning of games and venues for floor optimization.
Implemented Insights and Analytics Strategic project that resulted in client regaining over $9.5
Million loss in revenue caused by Year-Over-Year store traffic decrease.
Led Digital Strategic Marketing Analysis Project that identified the cause of store traffic decrease and created a road map plan to correct the issue.
Optimized and automated Financial, Operations, HR, Development, Sales, and Marketing
Reporting, which resulted in workforce/workload reduction and increased efficiency resulting in over $5mi annual savings.
Integrated R with Power BI, in order to leverage R Predict Analytics and Statistical
